RosenRoe is a nurse-led aesthetic clinic built on the belief that safety, integrity, and expertise should always come first.
As the clinic founder and lead injector, I oversee and perform every treatment personally. This hands-on approach allows me to maintain the highest clinical standards while delivering tailored, natural-looking results.
I am passionate about subtle enhancement, education, and empowering clients to make informed decisions about their appearance. Every face is different, and every treatment plan should be too.
My Story
I have been working in appearance medicine since 2022, combining my passion for aesthetics with a strong foundation in nursing and patient care.
Alongside my work in aesthetics, I am a registered neonatal nurse, caring for our most vulnerable patients and their families. This role has shaped my meticulous, safety-first approach and deep respect for individualised care.
Prior to entering appearance medicine, I gained extensive experience across a range of clinical settings, including surgical nursing, cardiac nursing, and therapeutic nursing with the New Zealand Blood Service. This diverse background allows me to bring a high level of clinical skill, attention to detail, and professionalism into every treatment I perform.
I believe in enhancing natural beauty while maintaining balance, subtlety, and authenticity. My approach is grounded in education, transparency, and trust — ensuring every client feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit and active and value maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle, which aligns closely with my holistic approach to skin health and overall wellbeing
