Refund Policy

Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

All appointments at RosenRose Skin Clinic are reserved exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment (no-shows), will result in the full cost of the scheduled treatment being charged or forfeited. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

 

Deposits

 

A deposit is required to secure certain appointments. All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits must be used within 28 days of the original booking date. If the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled beyond 28 days, or not attended, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

 

Late Arrivals

 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule. Full treatment fees still apply.

 

Pre-Paid Treatments & Packages All pre-paid treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the loss of that treatment session. Packages must be used within the stated validity period.

 

Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. No refunds will be issued once a treatment has been performed. Refunds will only be provided where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Treatment Outcomes

​

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with results does not entitle the client to a refund where treatments have been provided appropriately and in accordance with professional standards. Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of treatment for assessment. Clinic

Cancellations

 

If RosenRose Skin Clinic needs to cancel an appointment, clients will be offered: A rescheduled appointment, or A refund of any payments made excluding the deposit.

 

Agreement

 

By booking an appointment with RosenRose Skin Clinic, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
