1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving treatment at Rosenrose Skin Clinic (“the Clinic”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and all associated clinic policies.

 

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with booking or treatment.

 

2. Legal Disclaimer

All treatments and services provided by Rosenrose Skin Clinic are performed with appropriate care, skill, and professional judgment. However:

 

  • Results from skin and aesthetic treatments vary between individuals

  • No outcome, result, or longevity is guaranteed

  • Information provided on our website, social media, emails, or in clinic is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a guarantee of results

Treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk following informed consent.

 

3. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

By booking or receiving treatment, you confirm that:

 

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You have provided full, accurate, and honest disclosure of your medical history, medications, allergies, lifestyle factors, and any relevant health conditions

  • You understand that failure to disclose relevant information may increase risk and limits the Clinic’s liability

The Clinic reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

 

4. Consultations & Informed Consent

 

  • All clients must complete a consultation and consent process prior to treatment

  • By proceeding, you acknowledge that:

    • Risks, benefits, limitations, and potential side effects have been explained

    • You have had the opportunity to ask questions

    • You provide informed consent to proceed

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time prior to treatment commencement.

 

5. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

 

6. Deposits

​

  • Deposits are required to secure certain appointments

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances

  • Deposits must be used within 28 days of the original booking date

  • Failure to attend, late cancellation, or rescheduling beyond 28 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit

 

7. Treatment Outcomes & No Guarantees

  • Individual results vary due to biological and lifestyle factors beyond the Clinic’s control

  • No guarantee is made regarding:

    • Degree of improvement

    • Longevity of results

    • Client satisfaction

      Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund where treatment has been delivered appropriately and professionally

 

8. Aftercare & Client Compliance

  • Clients must follow all post-treatment aftercare instructions

  • The Clinic is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from:

    • Failure to follow aftercare advice

    • Use of external products or treatments

    • Lifestyle choices or environmental factors

 

9. Adverse Reactions & Complications

 

  • All procedures carry inherent risks

  • While every effort is made to minimise complications, the Clinic cannot guarantee the absence of side effects

  • Clients acknowledge and accept these risks as part of informed consent

10. Photography & Records

​

  • Clinical photographs may be taken for medical documentation

  • Marketing or promotional use will only occur with explicit written consent

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future use

 

11. Payments & Pricing

 

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively

  • Pre-paid treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

 

12. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • Rosenrose Skin Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • Liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided

  • Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)

 

13. Website Use & Intellectual Property

 

  • All website content is the intellectual property of Rosenrose Skin Clinic

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission

  • Website information does not replace professional consultation or assessment

 

14. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
